Description: This deck has been created primarily for students on the autism spectrum, who struggle clarifying what they meant when they said something. The appropriate response may seem extremely obvious to us, but our students who are wired differently, find it hard to adapt their responses to the particular situation they are in. They have trouble attributing thoughts to other people, and viewing their perspective. This deck will be a great companion to facilitate social etiquette, Theory of Mind, perspective-taking, and pragmatics lessons in class where the teacher talks about social knowledge and being kind to our fellow human beings. Allow your students to work on this deck frequently . The more they are exposed to such scenarios, the better the chances that they will internalize the concept. Good Luck!
