Description: Journey through space with this ear-training deck focused on identifying major and minor melodic thirds. Click on the star to reveal the spaceship, then click on the spaceship to hear the interval. Students may listen to the interval as many times as they wish before choosing their answer. Intervals are presented in ascending, and in ascending/descending form. A wide variety of pitches and registers are used throughout the deck. Questions are multiple choice with audio instructions included on each card. The first two cards play the instructions automatically, followed by 18 randomized cards. This deck has been optimized for accessibility using tab order for easy navigation. However, it is not suitable for students with hearing impairment, as it is completely focused on listening skills. Great for any beginning music program, and Prep B through Level 3 of Royal Conservatory of Music.
