Description: Semantic Relationships is designed to build vocabulary, reasoning skills, and semantic awareness for grades 9th-12th! On each card, students are presented with four words and must select the two that go together best based on meaning. The related words might be synonyms/antonyms, part/whole relationships, cause/effect, abstract/conceptual relationships, and more. After choosing the correct pair, students are prompted to explain how the words relate. This helps develop both expressive language and critical thinking.
